	We are looking for internationally branded retailers - who have international brand recognition.

	A retailer or a service that is recognized in more than one country and those companies which operate with established quality standards and procedures.
	Will you lease space to someone who is trying to get a brand or a franchise?
	We are happy to have new brands or franchises in Stars Centre - provided the individuals or the companies have secured the brands first.
	Will you lease stores to persons that are attempting to get brands or franchises?
	Unfortunately, we are not in a position to wait for someone to get a brand - this may take some time and can only accept registered franchisees.
	If someone has a brand or a registered franchise what can they do to get space in Stars Centre?
	In this case we need to have a detailed business plan complete with, market analysis, estimated turnover details, detailed design proposals and product listings.
	How expensive is your rent?
	Our rent is based on market conditions and is competitive for a shopping centre of this caliber in this market.
	How many people visit your shopping centre in a year?
	We currently monitor all of our entrance in our the shopping centre and we estimate that we will have more than 15 and 20 million persons visiting our centre this year alone.
