For the sixth consecutive year, Citystars Heliopolis held a charity event honoring Orphan’s Day on Friday the 1st of April 2011 at Stars Centre – Citystars Heliopolis. Stars Centre hosted 140 orphans where a special all-day agenda was prepared for them. The orphans were gathered through Gameyat Al Etihad Al Nawey Al Watany for Orphans Care from 3 different charity organizations; Al Khadamat Al Egtemaeya Al Aama, Beit Al Hamd, and Nour Al Rahman.

The children were welcomed by several Citystars team members from the Marketing and Public Relations Department, the Customer Service Department, the Security Department and from the InterContinental Cairo Citystars Hotels’ Public Relations Department.

The children started the day by taking a group photograph upon arrival to the complex, and then they were escorted to Stars Cinema where they enjoyed watching a special movie. After that, the group headed towards Magic Galaxy where they spent almost 2 hours playing and enjoying the indoor theme park to the fullest. Lunch was then served to the children at The Baby Academy, prepared and catered by InterContinental Cairo Citystars Hotels.

In continuation Citystars Heliopolis held a second charity event honoring Orphan’s Day on Saturday the 2nd of April 2011 at Stars Centre – Citystars Heliopolis. Stars Centre hosted 30 orphans from SOS where a special all-day agenda was prepared for them.

The children were welcomed by several Citystars team members from the Marketing and Public Relations Department.

The children started the day by taking a group photograph upon arrival to the complex, and then they were escorted to Magic Galaxy where they were playing and enjoying the indoor theme park to the fullest. Lunch was then served to the children at the Magic Galaxy prepared by Mc Donalds.
